Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by phone. If we cannot complete your order (e.g., stock unavailable), we will notify you immediately.

Payment: Payment is due upon delivery (cash or card). By placing an order, you authorize collection of payment from the courier driver or at your nominated address.

Pricing: Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders confirmed by phone will be honoured at the quoted price.

5. Delivery & Risk

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We ship throughout Australia using professional couriers. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to your address. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery unless you report damage to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: unopened products may be returned within 14 calendar days for a full refund. Opened products are not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.
